I love my pumpkin pot. I didn't even buy it for cooking, it's part of the autumn decorations on my kitchen counter. I originally saw one similar to this on someone's cooking blog, but her's was one of those that cost like $150.00. No way. I went to Amazon, and put "enamel cast iron pumpkin pot", and found several more. One was moderate in price (like $90.00 as I recall) and several were reasonsable. Like this one! (Under $50) I would have no problems with cooking in it, and I may before winter. But I love it, and the seller wrapped it super carefully. It arrived with no nicks or problems. Very happy with this purchase.
