The Flamekiss 8" Red Ceramic Coated Nonstick Fry Pan by Amorè Kitchenware is perfect for single servings. The nano ceramic nonstick coating allows you to cook with little to no oil, while the cast aluminum design ensures even heat distribution. The pan can be used on gas and electric stove-tops. A molded lip on one side guides scooping and pouring from the pan.

I love this little pan. It comes out almost every morning for scrambled eggs-- I even cook 4 in here nicely. The first couple of uses, I did not need to use any non-stick spray, but then the eggs started sticking a bit. Same with pancakes (I make on the larger pan), but that was true even with the old teflon pans I had. These pans are definitely better than Teflon. A little non-stick cooking spray, and the pan is completely non-stick for the rest of the cooking. The cooking is very even (I have a flat top stove)and cleaning is super easy.There is very slight wear of the ceramic around the rim, but I believe that is because of the way I store them willy nilly in a big pile. There is no wear on the cooking surface after a couple months of use. There is also no 'seasoning' happening with this pan (happened with my older teflon ones). I really like this little skillet. It has great weight, not flimsy in any way. Great for fried eggs or scrambled. The pan is deep enought to add veggies with your eggs too. Perfect size for cooking lunch for one, like grilled cheese with no mess. Cleans in a snap, one wipe and you are done.

This is the prefect size for cooking a couple eggs in the morning - which is my routine. It's also sturdy and well made and the non-stick works great. Easy to clean up.
