Enamelware large oval roaster with high fitted lid. 9" X 13". For small poultry and roasts, for turkey see the D87 Turkey Roaster. Oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe. Shown with 12" Red Marble Serving Spoon, not included. High quality steel construction with a baked on porcelain enamel finish makes it easy to clean, too. Enamelware is not intended for microwave use. Dishwasher safe, do not leave in standing water. Great for home, campsite, or RV. Black Rims are DISCONTINUED! very useful as well as pretty

I use these roasting pans all the time. I have the small one and the larger one. Roasting chicken in them is great. I also roast ribs in them in a little water, then remove the lid and add the BBQ sauce and roast for a few more minutes uncovered. MM tender, and tasty. The clean up is a breeze. Just soak for a bit and anything dried on during baking comes off easily. The quality of the enamel is very good, and the colors shown on amazon are very accurate. The red and white, which is what I collect, is just as shown on line. I have many pieces of this line. Also the colors from one piece to the next are the same, they all match, even if it's from a different supplier.
